After a couple years of searching on and off for our next big project, we finally found it and believe it was worth the wait.
So…. no more sign making for us for a while because we will be putting the final touches on our current home so we can start NEW projects (and LOTS of them) in a different one!
We are MOVING!!! It’s only a few miles away from our current house though, so we aren’t going too far!!
We finished signing the last set of approximately 8-zillion papers and officially have the keys in hand!
This house definitely has a list of necessary “asap” fixes (new roof, new HVAC units, new flooring, etc.) along with big and small cosmetic projects to make it more of our style, as budget allows.
Our little brains are already exploding with different ideas! We can’t wait to show y’all some of our plans and even get YOUR input on what we should do in each room.
But first things first… Let phase one of the “declutter, move some small stuff and finish a few more projects so we can get our current home ready to go on the market in June” process begin!
